 Recipe For Meat Curry

Ingredients:
250g Adabi's Chicken & Meat Curry powder
3 coconuts / 600g coconut milk
15 pcs shallots
15 cloves garlic
2.5-3.0 kg meat
15g ginger
3-4" cinnamon
4 cloves star anise
10-15 cloves
3 litres water
cooking oil
10g tamarind paste
salt to taste

Cooking Method:
1. Pound 6 pieces of shallots and 5 cloves of garlic together with ginger
2. Mix tamarind juice into it, add in curry powder and mix with meat
3. Saute with remaining shallots finely sliced. Incorporate 3 cups of water. Cook until meat becomes tender (30 minutes) and add in coconut milk
4. Add in cinnamon, star anise and cloves. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes
5. Add salt to taste
6. Ready to serve

Store in a cool and dry place.
Ingredients:Spices (Ground Coriander, Dry Fennel Seed, Dry Cumin Seed, Black Pepper) (53%), Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Dry Curry Leaf.
