Mae Ploy's Tom Yum Paste makes a spicy, clear soup that is full of strong herbs and spices. Simply add the paste into boiling water and cook it with fresh prawns, sliced mushrooms and vegetables.
Method: Take 50g of paste, boil in water (2 cups) stir all the time. Add meat, shrimp, mushrooms or vegetables season to taste. You could replace one of the cups of water with 200cc of coconut milk.
