What is your refund policy?

If the product appears to be defective or expired, you have to submit a return application within 7 days of receiving the product. In case of compensation, UK Regency Shop will follow the price of product refund to the User Account Balance, you can use it in the next purchase. Or, you can return your items back to store (all items whether purchased online or in-store), items returned will be refunded for the amount paid with valid proof of purchase.
If using WorlPay or PayPal purchases returned in store will be refunded into your User Account Balance.
