Rendang Beef

Preparation: 10 mins             Cooking Time : 20 mins                      4 Serving  

Ingredients: 

• 1 Jar Yeo's Rendang Paste
• 400g beef, diced
• Chilli and spring onion strips to garnish

Directions: 

1. Marinate beef with Yeo's Rendang Paste in a bowl for ½ hour. 
2. Heat up frying pan, stir-fry marinated beef until frangant and simmer for 10-15 
3. Stir occasionally and add water if necessary until beef becomes tender.
4. Remove from heat and serve hot
