Cooking direction: this product is suitable to be cooked from frozen. Remove all poackaging before cooking.
To cook in the pot: place the frozen fish & pork balls into a pot of boiling water, cover the pot, cook thoroughly over a low heat for 10-12 minutes.
To deep-fry: ensure the fish & pork balls are cooked (follow the above cook in the pot’s instructions). Place the cooked fish & pork balls into a pan of heated oil. Remove them from the pan when they turn golden brown.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
