 Fen Ge soup:

 
1 Wash the pink kudzu and peel off the skin. Then cut 2-3 cm squares, peel the carrots and cut into pieces of the same size, and wash the pork bones.
2 Put 5 large bowls of cold water in the pot, add the pork bones, boil, skim the scum, pour in the pink kudzu and carrots, boil again, if there is still scum, just skim.
3 Pour the ingredients into the casserole and add two jujubes.
 
 
4 Cover the lid, bring the soup in the casserole to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for about 3 hours, then add salt and enjoy
