Tung Chun Lye Water (Potassium Carbonate Solution)

Instructions For Use:
Fill container with 1 litre water. Add 10 drops of Lye Water and stir thoroughly. Soak washed vegetables in the solution for few seconds and drain in strainer, then ready to cook. This will make vegetables tender and appear more presentable.

Do Not Drink Directly, to be used only for washing fruit and vegetables (see instructions for use).

Keep bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
Ingredients:Water (58%), Stabiliser (Potassium Carbonate) (E501) (42%).
