 Pork Belly 500g

Braised pork :
1,Wash the pork and cut into large pieces.
2,After the wok is hot, pour a little cooking oil, add star anise and pepper to saute.
3,Then add the ginger slices and stir fry the garlic cloves a few times.
4,Add meat pieces and pour the rice wine for a while, stir-fry for a while.Add soy sauce, salt, water and crushed rock sugar, bay leaves and cinnamon.
5,Skim off the foam after the water is boiling.Cover the pot and simmer for two hours on low heat. Turn off the heat until the soup is thick.
