Zongzi is a traditional Chinese food, made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo, reed, or other large flat leaves. They are cooked by steaming or boiling.
Ingredients:
Glutinous Rice (60%), Bamboo Leaves, Pork (26%), Egg (12%), Mung Bean, Water, Soy Sauce (Contains Water, Salt, Soybean), Salt, Chicken Powder (Contains Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enahncer [E621, E635, E631], Cornstarch, Chicken Meat Powder, Sugar, Chicken Fat, Vegetable Oil, Yeast, Soy Sauce Powder, Spice).
Cooking Direction:
Boil: Removed from packaging, Cook in boiing water for 30 minutes, drain, remove leaves and serve.
Steam: Removed from packaging, steam in boiing water for 30 minutes, drain, remove leaves and serve.
